CANCELLATION POLICY

NONREFUNDABLE RETAINER/DEPOSIT will go towards your total service & card on file is required for all bookings to secure your appointment once approved. By booking with HAIRWITHMARIA, you have read & agreed to all booking & cancellation terms found on my highlights & on my website prior to scheduling an appointment. Confirmation, reschedules + cancellation notice must be made with an advance of 48 hours with a one time courtesy deposit transfer made within a month from original appointment. Please note: If a request for a cancellation or reschedule is made after a previous reschedule will result in a 50% fee of your total service for cancellation or new deposit will be required for another reschedule, both forfeiting your previous deposit. Everyone runs late, completely understandable! There's 10 minute grace period from your appointment time. Please make sure you are ON TIME! Being over 10 minutes late pushes the rest of my day behind by 20-30 minutes and is considered as NO SHOW. Reschedules, cancellations or no confirmation made under a 48 hour notice or arrival time over 10 minutes grace period will result in forfeited deposit & 50% cancellation fee will be charged, no exception. NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in forfeited deposit, remaining balance of service will be charged & be banned from booking.
