CANCELLATION POLICY

A card on file + NON-REFUNDABLE deposit paid online that goes towards your total service is required for ALL NEW/RETURNING CLIENTS to book + secures your appointment once approved By booking with HAIRWITHMARIA, you have read & agreed to all booking & cancellation terms found on my highlights & on my website prior to scheduling an appointment. Everyone runs late, completely understandable! There’s a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time which means you must be inside the salon by the 15th minute mark. Please make sure you are ON TIME! Being over 15 minutes late pushes the rest of my day behind by 30+ minutes and will result in a full remaining balance paid in order to reschedule. Reschedules, cancellations or no confirmation through link sent in confirmation text/email made under a 48 hours notice will result in forfeited deposit & 50% cancellation fee will be charged, no exception. NO CALL/NO SHOW means no communication prior to arrival & will result in forfeited deposit, full remaining balance charged & banned from booking. Please note: If a second request for a reschedule or a cancellation is made after rescheduling, full remaining balance must be paid. Due to high booking demand, if you are looking to reschedule your appointment and there is no availability within 30 days of your original appointment, then you must keep your original appointment or a new deposit must be made for a new appointment since your previous deposit will be forfeited. It no longer counts as a rescheduled appointment as it will be 3-4 months out of your original appointment even if you reschedule 48 hours in advance. *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
